Billing is performed monthly or annually depending on the chosen option. Invoices are sent by email and available in the client area.

5.3 Payment Methods

Payments are secured by Stripe. Accepted payment methods are: credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express).

5.4 Late Payment

In the event of late payment, SAS BOUDIER reserves the right to suspend access to the Service until payment is received.

In the event of a dispute, the parties will endeavor to find an amicable solution. Failing that, the courts of Nice shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

In accordance with articles L.616-1 and R.616-1 of the French Consumer Code, in the event of a dispute, you may use the MEDICYS mediation service free of charge.

13. Miscellaneous Provisions

If any clause of the ToS is declared void, the remaining clauses shall remain applicable.

Failure to exercise a right provided by the ToS does not constitute a waiver of that right.

These ToS constitute the entire agreement between you and SAS BOUDIER regarding the use of the Service.
